You can send your print files up to a file size of 10 MB via email to your contact person. For larger data volumes, please use the data upload on our cloud server. If you do not yet have login details, please contact your contact person. We will be happy to set up a personal account for you.
You are also welcome to send us a download link if you prefer to use your own server or an external service provider (iCloud, Microsoft OneDrive, WeTransfer, etc.).
Kern Cloud
You can access our cloud server at nextcloud.kern.gmbh. Alternatively, you can also use the Nextcloud app (for iOS or Android) or the desktop client to manage and automatically synchronize your files.
To set up an account, we need your name and email address. You will then receive an automated email prompting you to create a password. To log in, use your provided email address and your individual password. After logging in, you can change your password at any time in the account settings and additionally set up two-factor authentication for added security.
