27% of employees in the German economy have a migration background – only together do we make 100%.

Kern GmbH does not just print green; we print colorful. Colorful and diverse, just like the people who work here. Over a quarter of our employees have a migration background, are foreign nationals, or live in neighboring France. Among our approximately 130 employees, a wide variety of cultural backgrounds are represented. We work with people from Italy, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Syria, Turkey, Tunisia, Vietnam, and Mexico, among others. We see this diversity as an opportunity: from our youngest apprentices to our most experienced colleagues, everyone contributes their individual strengths, supporting sustainable business success. Kern stands for lived diversity and social cohesion—values that are more important to preserve and protect today than ever before.

Together with other companies, we take a clear stand against rising right-wing extremism, racism, and other forms of group-focused enmity.
