Monthly subsidies for on-site or external massages are available through our employee program. In addition, all employees with five years of service are automatically enrolled in a corporate health insurance plan. This provides an annual budget for vision and hearing aids, dental care, prescriptions, and alternative medicine. The budget doubles after ten years, and after 15 years, it includes private hospital rooms and specialist treatments.
