We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced logistics dispatcher or equivalent qualification (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

We are also happy to support you with relocating to our region.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for organizing logistics processes in close coordination with sales, production, customers, and external service providers.
  • You prepare price comparisons for freight transport, monitor the reliability of transport partners, and check invoices from logistics service providers.
  • You receive goods, plan and monitor transport orders.
  • You plan routes, dispatch deliveries, and assign staff and transport resources.

Your profile

  • You have completed relevant vocational training (e.g., warehouse logistics specialist) and have professional experience, primarily as a dispatcher.
  • You take responsibility and are characterized by flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills.
  • You work carefully, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
  • You are authorized to operate industrial trucks (electric pallet trucks, forklifts).
  • You have good MS Office skills and already have experience working with ERP systems.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality.
