We are expanding our team and are looking for an accounting associate (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

We are also happy to support you with relocating to our region.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting.
  • Account assignment and booking of business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, banks, and general ledgers.
  • Digital invoice processing and document management with DocuWare.
  • Execution of payment transactions as well as dunning processes and monitoring of open items.
  • Account reconciliation and participation in cost center accounting and business evaluations.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cooperation with our tax advisor.
  • Support with payroll accounting as well as communication with customers, suppliers, banks, and authorities.
  • Involvement in the further development and digitalization of our commercial processes.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in financial accounting is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of DATEV, ideally also with DocuWare.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting as well as a good understanding of business contexts and cost center accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Structured, independent, and meticulous working style.
  • Team spirit, reliability, and an interest in digital processes.
