Vocational training is the backbone of talent development at Kern. Currently, five professions in various fields are offered in our dual training program. We train exclusively to meet our own demand for skilled professionals; therefore, the chances of permanent employment are high. Several state-best qualifications highlight the excellence of Kern’s in-house training.

Our trainees learn to master every station within a department, ensuring flexibility and variety throughout the three-year program. Right from the start, you will work on real print orders. Our goal is to retain you as a skilled professional and fully integrate you into the company. After your final exams, we offer numerous paths for professional growth and promotion. Over the past 20 years, we have trained more than 60 young professionals. Kern trainees have repeatedly received awards for the best state-level qualifications in their fields.
